塊できたら
でかけましょう
ろじうらを ぶらぶら
さんぽしませんか?
ほら まどのそとを
みてごらん
そらには ひこうきぐも
それは すきまかぜふく
こはるびよりのころでした
ひるさがり
まちをたんさくちゅう

_Translation_

When we finish this katamari
Let's go out
Don't you wanna walk
Aimlessly in the back street?
Hey, look
Outside the window
There's a vapor trail in the sky
The wind is blowing through a crack

It was about that time of mild weather
Early in the afternoon
While exploring the city
I grabbed your hand
And got a bit nervous
It was around that time
I felt so happy
With that small happening

It was in the pink-colored
Lively season

When I think now
About you and me
We grew up a little
So it's surely a time
In which we want to feel happy
About these small things

It was in the cherry blossom-colored
Lively season

Notes: A katamari can be translated as "clump" or "a cluster of things", but I'd rather think the lyrics are talking about the game... somehow.
Also, I cut all "lalala" from both the kanji (which BTW has no kanji, only kana) and the romaji versions. I hope you don't need the lalala's to sing along.
The title of this song in Japanese is "さくらいろの季節, or "Sakurairo no Kisetsu".
